They supply handcrafted cheeses to some of Indonesia's leading restaurants and resorts.

Job Summary:
This role offers a unique opportunity for experienced culinary professionals to transition from kitchen leadership to cheesemaking mastery.
The selected candidate will work closely with a French Head Cheesemaker, supporting daily operations while learning the full cheesemaking process from milk preparation to aging and packaging.
While no prior cheesemaking experience is required, this position demands maturity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
The right individual will bring professional kitchen discipline, leadership, and curiosity to develop into a second-in-command (2IC) position within the cheesemaking team.
Responsibilities:
Support daily cheesemaking operations including milk preparation, curd cutting, pressing, salting, aging, and packaging.
Supervise and coordinate the production team, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to standards.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, precision, and documentation throughout production.
Contribute to process improvement, system organization, and equipment maintenance.
Uphold professionalism, teamwork, and consistency in the production environment.
Demonstrate a learning mindset and commitment to long-term skill mastery.
Requirements:
Background in culinary, pastry, or bakery operations — ideally at a supervisory or chef level.
Proven work ethic and reliability; able to work efficiently within a disciplined process.
Experience working in international or international-standard kitchens.
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, active work.
Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia, able to collaborate within an international team.
Demonstrates curiosity for fermentation, food science, and craftsmanship.
Long-term mindset — committed to building a sustainable career, not a short-term role.
Five-day work week (no late-night shifts typical in F&B;).
