For expansion of its staff, HSPI, a consulting firm that is part of TXT Group, is looking for a Project Manager & Compliance Manager who has at least 4 years of specific experience in performing business analysis, system analysis and leading complex projects and/or in large Client companies.
Main responsibilities:
Management of Program & Project Management activities on complex security compliance projects and design and monitoring of remediation plans;
Managing communication related to project status with all stakeholders;
Supporting the identification of requirements and their documentation;
Supporting operational and security team members in the implementation of remediation actions;
Support in audit activities.
Required technical skills:
Knowledge of Program & Project Management issues and tools (e.g. Service Now) to support complex projects specifically related to security compliance in large Client companies;
Knowledge related to the main regulations (L.285, L. 262) and processes (IT AUDIT, Hardening & Patching, PT, VA) on security compliance;
Knowledge related to defining and monitoring remediation plans on security compliance issues;
Knowledge of processes, practices, skills and tools inherent in the software lifecycle;
Basic knowledge of ITIL 4 Service Management Practices (particularly Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Continuity Management, Monitoring and event management) and ITIL 4 General Management practices (particularly Measurement and reporting, Risk Management, Information Security Management);
Basic knowledge of Cloud computing;
Prioritization and management of project risks;
In-depth experience in ICT project management activities, such as: Leading large projects;
Planning time and resources; Coordinating and controlling activities;
Setting project standards; Managing progress;
Experience in coordinating and motivating heterogeneous work groups;
Definition of the Work Plan and verification of its progress through periodic meetings;
Management and escalation of project issues;
In-depth knowledge related to census of functional and technical requirements for application development;
In-depth knowledge of functional process analysis;
Analysis of user requirements provided by the Client;
ITIL 4 Foundation Certification;
Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, AgilePM).
Optional technical skills:
ITIL 4 certifications above Foundation;
Certifications in the area of project management (PMP, Prince2, AgilePM);
Security-related certifications (ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor; CISM - Certified Information;
Security Manager (ISACA); CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor (ISACA));
Knowledge of the English language.
The ideal candidate is a proactive person with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and a strong orientation toward teamworking and achieving results. In addition, such a candidate is capable of working on complex projects and in large companies while being able to manage, with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, the quality and efficiency of assigned activities.
Required Education: Master's degree in Computer Engineering/Management; Economics; Mathematics or other related field.
