This role champions a positive workplace culture, implements effective HR frameworks, and leads initiatives aimed at digital innovation and continuous improvement throughout the HR function. bBased in Treviso, the HR Manager will occasionally visit other plants in Central Italy. /b /p pLeading a team of two HR clerks, and reporting to the local General Manager, and functionally dotted to the Global HR Head, this function will have the following responsibilities: /p h3Talent Attraction and Hiring /h3 ul liDesign and execute strategies to bring qualified professionals into the organization. /li liManage the full selection cycle: publishing vacancies, screening applicants, interviewing, and supporting the onboarding process. /li /ul h3Digital HR Evolution /h3 ul liGuide the transition from traditional HR practices to technology-driven ones. /li liSelect and implement digital platforms that enhance recruitment, onboarding, performance cycles, engagement, and other HR processes. /li liWork closely with IT teams to ensure systems are interconnected and data flows smoothly across business functions. /li /ul h3Process Improvement Organizational Change /h3 ul liIdentify areas where HR operations can be simplified or made more efficient. /li liLead initiatives that help the organization adopt new ways of working, tools, and practices. /li /ul h3Policy Development Organizational Structure /h3 ul liEstablish clear HR policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure alignment and consistency. /li liDefine organizational roles and structures to support business expansion and long‑term goals. /li /ul h3People Development Organizational Growth /h3 ul liIntroduce learning and development programs that enhance capabilities, support career advancement, and strengthen organizational performance. /li liCoach managers and employees to foster leadership, collaboration, and personal growth. /li /ul h3Employee Relations /h3 ul liAct as a reference point for workplace matters, offering support and guidance to both managers and staff. /li liAddress workplace issues, mediate disputes, and encourage a harmonious working environment. /li /ul h3Learning Training Activities /h3 ul liAssess development needs across the workforce. /li liDesign and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives. /li /ul h3HR Operations Administration /h3 ul liSupervise administrative tasks such as employee records, payroll processes, and HR documentation. /li liEnsure HR systems are updated, accurate, and effectively maintained. /li /ul h3Analytics, Reporting KPIs /h3 ul liDevelop dashboards and tracking systems to monitor key HR indicators (e.g., recruitment efficiency, turnover, performance trends, engagement). /li liAnalyze data to uncover insights and present recommendations to senior leadership. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent field (postgraduate studies are an advantage). /li liAt least five years' experience in HR leadership roles bacross multiple manufacturing companies. /b /li liStrong understanding of employment regulations and HR methodologies. /li libExperience working with labor unions /b. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. /li liAbility to manage confidential information with professionalism. /li liFluency in English (other languages are a plus). /li liStrong command of HR software (including Zucchetti) and the Microsoft Office suite. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
