Our customer is looking for a Head of Kam with a Bachelor/Master and a proven experience in similar role. Strong negotiation skills, customer orientation, financial acumen, team management, business focus, drive for results are required .
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the candidate will be responsible of the key account strategy of the company by establishing, maintaining and developing the customer relationship with the key accounts of the (online/offline/omnichannel) business.
Main tasks:
1. Maximize all business opportunities with the online/omnichannel/off-line key accounts: assortment management and innovation listings, visibility off line and on-line, promotion and 360° activations. Development of the brand’s online ( newsletter, CRM, social media,…) presence in collaboration with customers;
2. Close cooperation and communication with the (online) marketing and field service to implement the measures and goals agreed;
3. Strengthen the market position for B2B/ B2C;
4. Development of customer strategy and implementation of this within the framework of joint business with the customers;
5. Manage the KAM team under the strategies aligned with the vision and values of the company;
6. Budget responsibility within the scope of key accounts;
7. Analysis and observation of the market, competitors, customer needs and online market development with the aim of expanding the market position and further development in the stationary business;
8. Preparation of demand planning as well as compilation and evaluation of statistics and possible trends.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor/Master and a proven experience in similar role in well-structured organizations.
