How will you make an impact?
1. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the position will be part of the FP&A team within the Italy & Greece Finance department, They/she/he will be responsible for the FP&A activities for shared service functions/ brands:
2. Involved in the budgeting and forecasting activities on a yearly and quarterly basis.
3. Responsible for the performance analysis vs plan on a monthly/quarterly basis, monitor trends and propose achievable action/corrective plans to drive targets achievement/further investments. Support, monitor and follow up the execution.
4. Develop and maintain reporting tools to drive financial targets and allow the team to rely on data resources for the explanation of performance.
5. Constantly and proactively support the business with ad/hoc analysis, accurate and timely financial information critical to business leader's decision making. Provide commercial analysis, develop growth targets, and evaluate strategic initiatives.
6. Play a key role in the preparation of capital Investment projects, providing financial insights to support the decision process.
7. Ability to articulate finance issues in a clear and concise manner, adjusting style for various audiences.
8. Work in conjunction with the Reporting teams to ensure proper and accurate P&L/BS management during the closing period.
How will you experience success with us?
9. Master’s degree in appropriate discipline (Accounting, Finance, Engineering). Qualified ACA /ACCA/ CIMA / CPA is a plus
10. Extensive previous relevant experience in FP&A/Financial Controlling & Reporting
11. Excellent modelling skills (Microsoft Office Excel, Knowledge of VBA/Power BI is a plus)
12. Solid financial background and business acumen
13. A robust analytical skill-set
14. Strong attention to details and Analytical background
15. Ability to work with tight deadlines, multiple projects and activities
16. Able to effectively work as a team member
17. Entrepreneurship and agile mindset
18. Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus
