Your contribution
- Serve as the primary HR contact for managers at the Trento plant, providing strategic and operational guidance on HR topics such as labor law, performance, development and day‑to‑day people matters.
- Ensure effective collaboration with regional and global CoE teams, supporting the local execution of HR processes, systems and initiatives (e.g. performance management, talent development, culture, total rewards, HR reporting).
- Maintain a constructive and compliant relationship with the Workers Council, sharing relevant information, supporting negotiations and ensuring adherence to legal and company requirements.
- Analyze and monitor HR KPIs and workforce‑related data to proactively identify trends, challenges and opportunities, recommending actions that improve business and people performance.
- Contribute to global and local HR projects, including transformation programs such as HR Next, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with plant need
Your Experience and Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in HR (HR Specialist / HRBP), ideally gained in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with solid exposure to HR processes at plant level.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and proven experience cooperating with Workers Council bodies, ensuring compliance and constructive labor relations.
- Experience working with regional and global CoE teams (Talent, Performance, Total Rewards, HRIT, Culture), enabling consistent implementation of HR processes and systems.
- Fluency in English and ability to collaborate effectively in an international HR setup, including participation in global HR projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, independence in daily work and a growth mindset — able to support transformation initiatives without direct reports.
