About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled
International Senior Recruiter
to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition processes across the EMEA region. This role will support a major international project, acting as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers and ensuring the successful recruitment of key profiles across multiple European markets.
The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter capable of managing searches with full autonomy, covering both
Staff functions
(Finance, HR, Marketing) and
specialized Technical/Engineering roles
, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, speed, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Stakeholder Partnership
* Lead intake meetings with international Hiring Managers to define scorecards, selection criteria, and search priorities.
* Act as a strategic advisor, supporting the business in hiring decisions and talent acquisition planning.
Sourcing Strategy & Market Intelligence
* Identify and attract top talent through direct search, social recruiting, networking, and market mapping across major European hubs.
* Build and manage multi‑level pipelines, ensuring coverage, quality, and timely delivery.
Assessment & Selection
* Conduct in‑depth interviews (technical, behavioral, and motivational), ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
* Present qualified shortlists with structured evaluations and actionable insights.
Offer Management & Closing
* Lead the offer and negotiation phase, mediating between business needs and candidate expectations.
* Support compensation discussions in collaboration with HR and relevant stakeholders.
Reporting, Governance & Process Excellence
* Provide weekly updates to stakeholders, monitoring KPIs, pipeline status, and search progress.
* Ensure transparency, compliance, and data quality within recruiting systems.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes and methodologies.
Your Profile
Experience & Skills
* 3+ years of experience
in international recruiting, ideally within executive search firms or multinational corporate environments.
* Fluent English (
C1/C2
), used daily in cross‑border communication.
* Proven experience managing searches across multiple European markets.
* Strong background in recruiting
Engineering/Technical
profiles is a significant advantage.
* Results‑driven mindset, strong negotiation skills, and ability to manage high‑volume pipelines.
* High autonomy, organizational skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
