Key Responsibilities
Ensure customers maximise value from the platform and achieve their desired security outcomes
Develop and manage strategic success plans with clear goals and KPIs
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives
Requirements:
Strong technical background with the ability to translate complex concepts for both technical and executive audiences
Proven ability to build strategic relationships and drive measurable customer outcomes
Italian and professional English required (Spanish or French a plus)
Must have 3-4 years in a Cyber Vendor
