Ph3What you will do /h3 pThe Proposal Engineer will be responsible to issue the proposals and manage the relationship with the customer in the framework of the tender providing a high level understanding of requirements and supporting the salesperson in developing the business opportunity. /p h3How you will do it /h3 pProposal development and ownership /p pEnsure that a quote will meet customers application and operational needs /p pSite surveys and meetings with customers to ensure needs and solutions are well understood and investigated, also proposing alternative best‑fitted solutions /p pbProvide support on technical solutions and benefits /b /p pPrepare customer quotations technically accurate and on time, commercially verified, offering the best all‑round solution (including buy‑out scope) /p pOwnership of materials estimates, services estimates and other costs as applicable and proposal strategy in cooperation with salesperson /p pManage the technical commercial bid review process in accordance with DOA /p pManage handover between proposal and operation / execution team after contract awarding /p pAttend relevant technical and commercial trainings as required to maintain a high level of product codes and process knowledge, including new products as and when released. /p h3What we look for /h3 pDegree in Engineering Discipline or equivalent in a relevant engineering field (electrical and process is preferred) /p pKnowledge of fire detection solutions for the OG and power market industry and real estate; knowledge of foam and gas suppression will be a plus /p pKnowledge of fire protection standards and regulations /p pExperience in design and quote turnkey supplies is considered a plus /p pAbility to work under pressure and within a multinational organization /p pMinimum of 5 years relevant work experience in same role /p pFluent Italian English language skills (verbal, reading and writing) /p pMid‑Senior level /p h3Our benefits /h3 pWe offer an exciting and challenging position with great personal freedom and professional responsibility.
