PpAt Exor International S.p.A., we design and develop embedded hardware and software for the industrial sector, as well as related tools and frameworks. We offer complete software solutions from the initial idea to the final product for HMI interfaces, IoT gateways and control panels. The figure sought will be part of the HMI application development team. The focus will be twofold: to ensure the evolution and maintenance of the current software platform and, at the same time, to guide the design and development from scratch of new generation software solutions for the human-machine interface. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liHMI evolution: Implement new features, optimize performance and maintain the existing code of the proprietary software suite (Editor and Runtime) /li liNew Product Development: Design and develop from scratch the software architecture for the new generations of business solutions, defining technology stacks and architectural patterns /li liWork closely with the Firmware and Protocols teams to ensure proper integration between the HMI application and the operating system (bottom-up) and actively collaborate with Project Management and Product Management to align development with the strategic product vision (top-down) /li liIntegrate into the distributed development team (Italy-India), working in close synergy with the Team Leader and following the technical and organizational directives already in place for joint development /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Mandates /h3 ul liQualifications: Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Science, Mathematics, Physics (or equivalent qualifications) /li liLanguages: Excellent knowledge of the C++ language /li liProblem Solving: Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems in complicated technical contexts /li liCode Management: Dual ability to work on legacy code (rapid learning and focus on backward compatibility) and, at the same time, to evolve software and design solutions for new products /li liSoftware Architecture: Knowledge of the main design patterns and architectural aspects fundamental for the design of modern software /li liFramework: Knowledge (at least partial) of Qt. /li /ul h3Preferential /h3 ul liDevelopment Workflow: Experience with modern code development processes (e.g. Git, Bitbucket) /li liCI/CD: Knowledge of Jenkins for building and managing secure and efficient build pipelines /li liContainerization: Knowledge of containers (runc, Docker, Podman) and the requirements needed to containerize applications /li liWeb technologies: Knowledge (even partial or general) of existing web technologies /li liCybersecurity: Familiarity with the requirements of the IEC 62443 standard from a Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) perspective /li liLinux Embedded: Experience in embedded Linux runtime environments, with preference for Debian and Yocto Project systems /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liExcellent knowledge of the English language /li liPassion for teamwork and collaboration in problem-solving and software solution development /li /ul h3Work Location /h3 pSan Giovanni Lupatoto /p h3Work Schedule /h3 pFull-time position based in Verona with possibility of hybrid work (partially remote). /p pSubmit your application for this position. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
