We are looking for a **Junior Financial Controller** with 2-3 years of experience to join our Team, located in Appiano Gentile close to Milan.
The team is globally responsible of the financial controlling services, of the whole DEDAR Group.
He/she must have a general knowledge of the main accounting and administrative principles, a university background in economics and business, in-depth knowledge of Excel and databases and he/she must have an innate ability to create and process easy-to-read synthetic reports starting from complex analytical models.
In addition to the technical skills required, he/she must be able to compare with the DEDAR users for all aspects related to the activities that will be carried out.
- **Job Duties**:_
More specifically the main job duties are:
- Support the preparation of the budget/forecast business plan, collaborating with the direct manager;
- Analysis of the results of the business areas with reference to the economic, equity and market aspects;
- Identify, report and justify any deviations from forecasts, proposing appropriate corrective actions;
- Contribute to the complete and timely creation of management reports and prepare the elements necessary for internal "business review" presentations;
- Support the development of industrial accounting.
**_Required Skills: _**
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business (or higher)
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Good familiarity with the use of SAP/Microsoft D365 management system
- Previous experience in the manufacturing field is preferred
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel
- Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI) and performance management is appreciated
- Fluent communication skills in English and Italian (mandatory)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Team working, proactivity and organizational skills
- Strongly numerical, analytical and rigorous approach
- Capable to understand Budget activities
