Operating in 180+ countries, we design and deliver people-first solutions powered by cloud-based technology – helping organizations grow and enabling workforces to perform at their best.Learn ResponsibilitiesExecute complex post-payroll transactional activities, including accounting reconciliation, legal reporting authorization and review, and payroll cycle checklistsManage annual payroll events and ensure timely and accurate deliveryLead system and application upgrade testing (e.g. HRSP, EMR), ensuring proper validation and issue resolutionOversee the implementation of Change Requests (CR), ensuring alignment with business needs and system requirementsParticipate in and lead projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction and overall business performanceProactively identify solutions to resolve issues, enhance customer service, and improve operational efficiencyLeverage Senior SME expertise to design and implement standard payroll services and Payroll Control Center (PCC), in close collaboration with Horizon and Service ACE teamsSupport the Payroll Manager in their role as Local Service Delivery Manager (LSDM), managing complex customer inquiries and escalationsCoach and support Senior Customer Management Associates and Specialists in resolving complex client requestsCoach and support Senior Data Management Associates and Specialists in handling complex data calculations and issuesManage legal and regulatory compliance processes related to payroll activitiesPlay a key role in payroll training and certification programs within the Customer Service teamSupport the Regional Sales Operations team as neededPerform in-depth analysis of complex payroll issues affecting individual employees or groups, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutionsAssess and resolve payroll impacts related to benefit deductionsMentor payroll associates and JL3 payroll specialists, particularly in locations where the Payroll Manager is not present on-siteAt Strada, o ur values guide everything we do:Anticipate Customer Needs – We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.Own the Outcome – We take responsibility for delivering excellence and ensuring things get done right.Challenge Ourselves to Work Smarter – We move faster than the world around us to drive change and accomplish more.Empower Each Other to Solve Problems – We tackle challenges head on, ask tough questions, and collaborate to find the best solutions.Care About Our Work and Our People – We understand that what we do impacts millions, and we have a responsibility to get it right.BenefitsAt Strada, we support your whole self—offering a range of benefits for your health, wellbeing, finances, and future.
