Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries about media and entertainment products' services' and subscriptions via phone' email' and chat in Italian. - Provide detailed information regarding content offerings' billing inquiries' and account management. - Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to service access and functionality. - Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-ups as needed. - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and resolve any customer issues. - Stay informed about new releases' promotions' and trends within the media &, entertainment sector. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required, knowledge of English is advantageous. - Prior experience in customer service' especially in the media &, entertainment industry' is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills' with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for the entertainment field. - Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work effectively under pressure. - Proficiency in using CRM tools and computer applications. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including evenings and weekends as needed.
