We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technical projects in a dynamic, multi‐team environment. The role requires strong leadership, Agile expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross‐functional teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver technical projects in a multi‐team environment with cross‐functional collaboration.
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Foster proactive, self‐organizing teams and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the IT sector, including software development and client interaction.
* Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and deployment standards.
* Proven experience managing projects in Agile environments with cross‐functional teams.
* Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
* In‐depth knowledge of Agile practices and artifacts (e.g., user stories, epics, backlog management, Definition of Ready/Done).
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience working in environments involving multiple development teams.
* Ability to foster proactive, self‐organizing teams.
* Fluency in English (required).
* Proficiency in French (Plus).
Nice to have
* Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
* Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM or equivalent).
* Good knowledge of Italian (written and spoken).
* Knowledge of French is a plus.
* Technical background in IT (e.g., Architect, Engineer, QA).
