All'interno del Delivery Team della divisione Process Automation, lo/la stagista supporterà le attività operative e amministrative legate alla delivery dei progetti e alla pianificazione delle trasferte del team. Il ruolo prevede un'interazione costante con team interni, contribuendo all'efficienza dei processi e alla qualità del servizio offerto.
What will you do?
- Supporto nella preparazione di documenti di fatturazione per i Project Manager
- Supporto nella gestione delle attività in sito (rendicontazione cliente delle giornate)
- Verifiche conformità documentali dei progetti
- Gestione delle trasferte del team Delivery: prenotazione di hotel, mezzi di trasporto e supporto logistico.
- Verifica della conformità alle policy di viaggio aziendali.
- Supporto ai colleghi nella risoluzione di eventuali problematiche legate ai viaggi.
- Monitoraggio dei costi e ottimizzazione delle soluzioni di trasferta.
