We are searching for our italian plant in Villadose ( Veneto Region, North Italy) a STRATEGIC BUYER to support our purchasing department. TASK & RESPONSABILITIES: - Implementation of the group procurement strategy for the relevant category and region, tracking the defined targets and KPIs in close coordination with the corresponding Lead Buyer and the local purchasing manager. - Regular monitoring of procurement markets and networks to identify efficient and innovative suppliers in consultation with the Lead Buyer. - Conduct negotiations with suppliers of the respective category (local) in close coordination with the respective Lead Buyer and the local Purchasing Managers incl. conclusion of contracts. - Drawing up proposals for joint development and optimisation programmes with strategic suppliers (local). Performance management and assessing the risk situation and taking appropriate measures to minimise risk, if necessary carrying out audits in coordination with the corresponding Lead Buyer. - Ensuring the strategic flow of information between purchasing, internal stakeholders, business responsibles and suppliers. - Implementation of the local source-to-contract activities in compliance with the defined group processes and methods (TCO, cost-breakdown analyses, RFQ, RFP). - Support in ensuring strategic KPI reporting for the associated category in coordination with the corresponding Lead Buyer and the local purchasing manager.
