Experteer OverviewAs a Fraud Investigator at ING Italy, you will conduct end-to-end fraud investigations, analyzing digital traces and collaborating with law enforcement and legal teams. You’ll identify, diagnose and respond to fraud incidents, documenting findings and implementing mitigations to prevent losses and recover funds. You work with cross-functional teams, handle complex investigations across products and channels, and share lessons learned to strengthen controls.
