Apply as Internship - Data Protection Compliance
The internship will take place within the Data Protection Compliance function, responsible for the governance of personal data protection at Group level, including issuance of Global Data Protection Rules, GDPR advisory, Risk Assessment and Second Level Controls, and support to the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
What you'll be doing Your Impact will be on tasks such as: AI Advisory & Emerging Technologies
* Support the assessment of privacy implications for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with GDPR principles (data minimisation, transparency, legal basis, security and accountability).
* Assist in preventive advisory activities for new products, processes and digital initiatives requiring Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA), Transfer Impact Assessments (TIA) and review of Data Processing Agreements (DPA).
* Contribute to internal guidelines on compliant and responsible AI usage.
Privacy Office & Data Protection Governance
* Support the drafting and update of Global Data Protection Rules and guidelines.
* Assist in advisory requests from business functions on GDPR compliance, data processing and contractual matters.
* Contribute to the management and update of the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) and related certification campaigns
* Support GDPR Risk Assessment and Second Level Controls activities, including evidence collection, analysis, monitoring of remediation actions and documentation preparation.
* Assist in the preparation of the annual Data Protection Officer (DPO) Report.
What you'll need to succeed What You Bring
* University student in Law, Economics, Data Science, Engineering or related fields.
* Interest in privacy, data governance, AI regulation and emerging technologies.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Fluency in English.
