We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to take part in Şişecam Flat Glass Italy located in San Giorgio di Nogaro (UD). Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, or related field) 
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in glass packaging manufacturing or filling operations 
Preferably field experience in production or quality engineering 
Familiarity with quality tools such as 8D, root cause analysis, and process audits 
Good command of English and Italian 
Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably on filling lines or production floors 
No travel restrictions; willingness to be based in Udine region and travel frequently 
Monitor field quality, shipment integrity, and line performance during trial productions 
Handle customer complaints and provide on-site technical support 
Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues across the hot and cold ends of the process
