You will be responsible for the transition from design to production in the automotive sector, optimizing processes and ensuring quality.
About This Vacancy
- Lead the industrialization of new products in the automotive sector
- Ensure production processes are efficient and aligned with quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to guarantee manufacturability
- Supervise installation and testing of production equipment
- Manage and maintain technical documentation (e.g., FMEA, work instructions, control plans)
- Work in a dynamic, technical environment with international growth opportunities
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
What We Expect From You
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Management Engineering (or equivalent)
- At least 3 years’ experience in process engineering or industrialization (preferably within the automotive sector)
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process analysis tools
- Experience with CAD (e.g., CATIA, Creo), PLM software, and MES systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOMs
- Leadership, results orientation, and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
