We are currently looking for an Electrical Site Engineer Senior to join our M Renewables team in Italy, part of our subsidiary METKA EGN.
Your role will encompass:

* Pre‑condition site surveys
* Initial site setup and establishment (supported by the HSE site manager)
* Provide technical support and guidance to the installation team and other project members
* Ensure correct implementation of electrical drawings by the main subcontractor
* Supervise subcontractors schedule and works
* Report to the project manager any deviations from the PoW or scope by the subcontractors
* Assist the team with the construction flow and timetable
What you bring to the role:

* BSc/MEng in Electrical Engineering. MSc in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering is considered an advantage
* In‑depth knowledge of solar power systems, electrical design, and relevant codes and standards.
* Proven track record (5+ years) in the construction of solar parks is considered an advantage
* Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and civil construction drawings is essential.
* Fluency in English and Italian is essential
* Knowledge of AUTOCAD
* Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
