Sales Account Manager - Driving Growth and Excellence
As a seasoned Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expansion within the EDA market. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the primary account manager for specific teams in assigned accounts, leveraging your deep understanding of the IC & ASIC Design processes and EDA market to develop and direct complex technical sales plans.
The Impact You Will Have:
* Driving revenue growth by successfully closing sales opportunities and meeting or exceeding quotas.
* Enhancing customer satisfaction through effective account management and tailored technical solutions.
* Contributing to Synopsys' market position by developing strategic relationships in collaboration with the accounts team.
* Shaping the company's product offerings and strategies through valuable customer feedback and insights.
What We're Looking For:
* A BS/MS in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in technical selling or business development.
* A good understanding of the IC & ASIC Design processes, EDA market, tools flows, and methodologies.
* Ability to articulate EDA value in the IC & ASIC Design process and discuss at various levels, from engineers to managers and directors.
* Strong leadership, influencing, relationship building, verbal, and written communication skills in Italian and English (French would be a plus).
