About the Role
As a PR, Publicity & Communication Intern, you will be an integral part of our Public Relations and Communications team, gaining hands‑on experience in the dynamic world of media and entertainment. This entry‑level position is designed for individuals with a keen interest in PR and media, providing an excellent opportunity to develop basic skills and gain valuable industry experience. You will work under close supervision, following clearly defined procedures to support various PR activities.
What Will You Do
In this role, you will assist with a variety of tasks that are crucial to the success of our PR and Communications team. Your responsibilities will include managing press materials, supporting media relations, and assisting with internal and external communications. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
General support to the entire team with day‑to‑day needs
Support in the preparation of press releases about our content dealing with our external agencies
Support in the preparation of internal materials (decks, presentations, press releases, fact sheets, translations, dossiers, etc.)
Ad‑hoc material request follow‑up to EMEA and US
Preparation of presentations and media coverage reports.
Analysis and coverage reporting with the internal tool
Daily clipping monitoring, analysis and management
Support to the team in the organization of external events (junkets, tour, premieres, activities etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Interested and highly motivated for learning in general, and about Cinema, Television, Entertainment and Media business
Proactive and dynamic, versatile and a team player willing to be part of a talented team
Attention to detail is key as well as strong commitment to high standards of performance
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.
Any previous internship or experience in a PR, Communication, Events environment would be valued
Degree in Cinema and Audiovisual, Communication, Marketing
Fluent in English
