Collaborate with sales teams to identify key clients and partners with the potential to co‐develop innovative solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
Technology Roadmap Mapping
Analyze and map client technology roadmaps across different engineering horizons to anticipate future needs and identify areas for innovation.
Strategic Innovation Planning
Work closely with the Research & Development team to help shape and prioritize the internal innovation agenda based on market trends and client insights.
Use Case Discovery & Ideation
Identify relevant use cases with clients and facilitate ideation sessions with technical teams to co‐create impactful innovation projects.
Asset Exploitation & Monetization
Lead the client exploitation strategy of innovation assets, ensuring business value and monetization of R&D investments.
Partnership & Ecosystem Development
Establish and nurture strategic innovation partnerships with hyperscalers and key technology providers to co‐finance and accelerate the development of innovation assets.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Innovation Management, Business, or related fields.4+ years of experience in innovation, business development, or technology strategy roles.Strong understanding of emerging technologies and innovation ecosystems.Experience working with clients on co‐creation or co‐development initiatives.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English and Portuguese.
