Strategic Account Director – Energy

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Director to lead and expand Immensa’s most important enterprise customer relationships.
This role is responsible for driving long-term value creation across major accounts, ensuring customers fully adopt and scale Immensa’s Digital Inventory solutions. You will operate at the intersection of commercial leadership, account strategy, and executive engagement, guiding the growth of key partnerships across multiple sites, business units, and stakeholders.
Working closely with our commercial, technical, and operational teams, you will ensure Immensa is positioned as a trusted long-term partner supporting critical supply chain and operational challenges.
Strategic Account Leadership
• Own and develop a portfolio of Immensa’s most important enterprise accounts within Energy and asset-intensive industries
• Build trusted executive relationships across engineering, operations, supply chain, procurement, and leadership teams
• Act as the senior commercial sponsor for key customers and manage complex organisational dynamics
Long-Term Account Growth
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities and Immensa’s growth objectives
• Ensure customers fully adopt and maximise the value of their Digital Inventory programmes
• Coordinate with internal technical, operational, and delivery teams to support successful deploy
