* Coordinate all warehouse activities, both operationally and strategically, including receiving, storage, and material preparation.
* Manage and develop a diverse team with varying levels of seniority and skillsets, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
* Ensure timely and effective support to production and the service department, maintaining smooth material flow.
* Actively support the implementation of a new ERP system (Infor), working initially alongside the outgoing manager.
* Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, order, and well-structured workflows.
Requirements
* Solid experience in warehouse management within structured industrial environments; experience in project-based metalworking industries is a strong plus.
* Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage priorities in complex settings.
* Willingness to work hands-on and maintain a constant presence on the shop floor.
* Valid forklift license.
* Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
* High stress resistance, especially during peak workloads.
* Previous experience in multinational environments and/or during ERP transitions (especially Infor) is a plus.
