**This role in summary**:
The SAP SD Logistics Analyst is mainly responsible for designing the solution and following the delivery, assuring the consistency of the logistic process and the IT landscape. The role is mainly focused on the areas of Transportation Management and Shipment costing, participating in cross-functional initiatives together with the GIS community and Whirlpool Emea business. The SAP Analyst will be part of the Whirlpool EMEA Central GIS Integrated Value Chain structure.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Maintains business relationships with the Whirlpool business team concerning the functional area of transportation
- Manages within the central GIS organization the technical solution development and delivery
- Accountable for standardizing IT processes and template governance, driving continuous improvement
- Participates in GIS projects and enhancements providing the details of business requirements collected and designing the functional and technical solution
- Supports solution design, development, testing and implementation
- Support Management: coordinates and supervises IT solutions implementation, cooperating with central GIS teams, is consulted on issue resolution

- SAP Shipments and Shipment costs management
- Logistic collaboration platforms
- Transportation management systems
- Freight cost optimization solutions
**Minimum requirements**:
- Good knowledge of SAP LE module (transportation, shipment costing)
- Understanding of standard SAP SD and MM flows (stock transfer order, sales order)
- At least 2 years of IT experience in the area of SAP SD, MM or LE
- Experience in SAP projects within the area of SAP SD/MM/LE
- Ability to understand ABAP code
- Ability to translate a business process or requirement into a technical solution and explain technical information to non-technical people
- Aspiration towards standardization and implementation of best practices
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong team player and ability to work in multicultural, international environment
**Preferred skills and experiences**:
- Master degree in Computer Science, Electronics or related field
- Understanding of the Supply Chain concept and related business processes
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (waterfall and agile)
