* Complete all deliveries into customers’ homes in a safe and professional manner, ensuring no damage to furniture or property.
* Communicate effectively with customers before delivery to inform them of your arrival.
* Deliver furniture to the requested room and leave no rubbish behind.
* Represent The Sofa Delivery Company and our brand partners professionally.
* Collaborate with your team and managers to improve service standards through feedback.
