Support the Group Internal Audit Director in executing the audit plan and lead daily audit activities. Participate in opening meetings to present audit scope, objectives, and methodology. Ensure audit conclusions are well-supported by evidence and a thorough understanding of processes and risks. Advise Corporate and Houses on policy and process improvements to maintain strong internal controls. Build and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels. Support ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as needed. Degree in Business, Finance, Management Engineering, or equivalent. International mindset with multicultural experience; Retail/Luxury background is a plus. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. Independent, organized, detail-oriented, and methodical, Team player, goal-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines. Willing to travel globally up to 50%, with peaks based on business needs. CIA or similar certification is a plus. Proficient in MS Office; Power BI and SAP Hana knowledge are a plus. Fluent in English and Italian; other languages are an asset.
