WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

- Drive sales performance by leading commercial priorities, range focus and customer engagement across all channels
- Turn local customer needs into clear and actionable commercial plans, ensuring an inspiring and seamless shopping experience
- Lead and develop your team, building strong sales mindset, product knowledge and ownership
- Work closely with the rest of the store to ensure commercial plans are executed effectively in daily operations
- Take responsibility for the store beyond your area, stepping into operational topics when needed and showing curiosity and willingness to grow across the full store scope
\nWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE\n
- Experience in sales and in leading teams in customer-facing environments
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into results
- Good understanding of customer behaviour and how to act on insights
- Ability to use data and KPIs to guide decisions and improve performance
- Hands-on leadership style, with the ability to act quickly and take ownership
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust within the team
