Operations Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative operations, including contract administration, document procurement, and budget updates. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of these tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer contracts and coordinate with stakeholders
- Procure documents and create internal purchase orders
- Monitor good receipts and update budgets
- Analyze actual vs. forecast variances and collaborate on process improvement
- Prepare monthly reports on admin and controlling activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration
- Familiarity with media, communication, or digital processes
- Fluency in English language
- Proficiency in Excel/Office365/PowerPoint
- Strong written and communication skills
