Visual Merchandising
Visual Merchandising is the crafting of the realm of beauty. The goals of this team is to orchestrate captivating retail experiences through artful displays and trendsetting allure to captivate customers and elevate the shopping experience.
The Role
You will be responsible for the implementation and development of Merchandising activities and strategies that promote the sellout of sales products and facilitate navigation by consumer within the POS. You will be in charge of driving excellence in execution and innovation, through materials’ forecasting, ad hoc solutions’ development and training activities for the field.
Key Performance Areas
* Act as the interface between retailers and the Company to find the excellent partner for the implementation of VM activities
* Coordinate and plan, with the support of the Marketing, Trade Marketing and Commercial department, all activities within the store with the aim of ensuring excellence and efficiency in execution
* Support new openings and remodeling of stores, according to requests and deadlines provided by clients
* Develop ideas and solutions to support local projects, to give more visibility to the brand and activate new sell out logic
* Manage and monitor the equipment needed to carry out the activities of Merchandising and decide which materials to develop through local production and which to find from the International
* Oversee Opex and Capex to optimize budget allocation and enhance the aesthetic appeal of retail spaces
Qualifications / Requirements
* University degree in Marketing or Equivalent
* At least 2 years of Visual Merchandising experience in a retail / cosmetics / luxury goods or FMCG arena
* passionate about luxury beauty
* Ability to lead a project with great attention to structure rather than creativity
* Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
