Job DescriptionThe candidate will join CETENA, a company within the Fincantieri NexTech Group, and work in the Business Unit focused on safety in the naval and maritime sector, at the Genova headquarters.ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will support the team in the following activities:Engineering analysis of design solutions implemented on board; Compliance checks of onboard systems (mechanical and electrical) to ensure they meet design and regulatory requirements; Drafting technical project documentation; Participating in meetings with project stakeholders (both national and international); Performing technical activities onboard vessels.RequirementsThe ideal candidate should have:A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering / Energy and Nuclear Engineering / Naval Engineering or related fields; Experience withCAD tools (preferably MicroStation); Advanced knowledge of the Office suite (particularly Excel); Proficiency in written and spoken English.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of IMO regulations (especially SOLAS); Familiarity with risk analysis methodologies; Experience withprogramming languages (preferably C#) and SQL.Personal Attributes:The successful candidate will demonstrate:Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team; Determination, motivation, and curiosity; A keen interestin the naval sector.This position is open to both junior and senior profiles, with responsibilities tailored according to the candidate's experience.If you're passionate about the maritime industry and eager to contribute to innovative safety solutions, we look forward to receiving your application!
