Responsibilities Reporting to the HR Country Leader, the Temporary HR Administrator will manage HR admin & reporting processes for all Italian plants, including multiple legal entities. The role involves providing local partnership and advice to managers and employees on payroll, time & attendance, data management, and employee lifecycle documentation, working closely with the HR team. The position is based in Vignate, with travel to other Italian sites. General Responsibilities: Deliver HR services to Italian plants, ensuring customer satisfaction, risk mitigation, and process excellence. Manage attendance and absence data entry, consolidation, verification, and accurate payroll transfer. Be the first contact for internal customers, enhancing HR tools and onboarding experience. Prepare HR reports and personnel statistics. Monitor project initiatives and coordinate with involved parties. Identify and implement solutions in collaboration with relevant teams. Ensure governance of HR application systems. Supervise personnel administration with external consultants. Produce and monitor KPI reports monthly. Maintain personnel data in SuccessFactors. Support annual compensation cycles. Ensure compliance of employment contracts and employee documentation. Workplace: Vignate, with travel to other northern Italy sites. Your Profile Education: Degree in human resources, economics, legal field, or equivalent experience. Experience: 3 to 8 years of progressive HR admin experience. Knowledge of Italian laws and industrial collective bargaining agreements. Preferred experience in manufacturing environments. Experience managing multiple legal entities and union agreements. Experience with HR tools deployment and change management. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Fluent in English. Strong communication skills. Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
