Ph3Role Mission /h3 pThe Maintenance Manager leads and coordinates the Maintenance function at the production site level, ensuring operational excellence, asset reliability, and full compliance with GMP and HSE standards, as well as company global policies. This role has strong strategic relevance and actively contributes to the plant’s industrial competitiveness and continuous performance improvement. /p h3Organizational Position /h3 pThe role reports to the Plant Engineering and Technical Services Manager and works closely with Quality, Production, HSE, Supply Chain, IT, and Corporate functions. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for a maintenance team of approximately 14 employees. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and implement the site maintenance strategy (preventive, corrective, and extraordinary), ensuring alignment with company standards. /li liPlan, manage, and continuously improve maintenance plans. /li liEnsure maintenance activities on machinery, systems, and facilities are performed in compliance with GMP, HSE, approved timelines, and budget requirements. /li liManage the maintenance team, defining shifts, priorities, and operational workflows. /li liEnsure achievement of maintenance targets; develop, monitor, and share KPIs (MDT, MTBF, MTTR, etc.) with the team, promoting continuous improvement initiatives. /li liAct as the technical reference for Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and deviations related to equipment and systems, ensuring proper management and closure according to Quality procedures. /li liCoordinate the execution of FMECA and risk analyses on machinery and systems. /li liParticipate in Change Control processes related to asset and facility modifications, in line with Quality Assurance policies. /li liCollaborate with the HSE department as a technical interface, coordinating engineering-related actions and monitoring their implementation and effectiveness. /li liActively participate in internal audits, corporate audits, and regulatory inspections, providing technical support and ensuring the availability and accuracy of technical documentation. /li liSupport the planning, coordination, and supervision of qualification and validation (QA) activities for machinery and equipment, in compliance with GMP and company procedures. /li liDraft, review, and keep updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) related to machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 h3Requirements and Experience /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or similar disciplines. /li liProven experience as a Maintenance Manager in structured industrial environments, preferably within multinational pharmaceutical companies. /li liExcellent written and spoken English (C1 level preferred). /li liSolid knowledge of HSE requirements related to machinery and industrial systems. /li liKnowledge of GMP and Quality Systems processes (preferred). /li liKnowledge of SAP (preferred). /li /ul h3Managerial and Soft Skills /h3 ul liStructured leadership and team management skills. /li liStrategic mindset, strong results orientation, and continuous improvement approach. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li /ul p«I candidati, nel rispetto del D.lgs. 198/2006, D.lgs. 215/2003 e D.lgs. 216/2003, sono invitati a leggere l’informativa sulla privacy consultabile sotto il form di richiesta dati della pagina di candidatura (Regolamento UE n. 2016/679). /p pL’offerta è rivolta a candidati di entrambi i sessi, nel rispetto del D.lgs. 198/2006 e della normativa vigente in materia di pari opportunità.
