Piazzola sul Brenta, Veneto, Italy Description: Our product team is looking for an UX Designer, able to influence the empathy, definition and testing phases of the design process (Design Thinking) through the results of UX research. As a UX Designer he/she will have to empathise with product’s users and customers, capture and understand their needs and collaborate with the design team in order to define which is the higher value solutions to the identified issues. The person we are looking for will be responsible for user feedback. He/she will help the design team and the whole company to make value-based decisions in accordance with user needs. The research he/she will conduct with the team will also be important to verify the success of new product features. Role and responsabilities: _ UX research: plan, conduct, analyze, share, empower and evangelise_ - Investigate, plan, conduct, analyze and communicate insights research executed using various methods, including user interviews, workshops, usability testing, surveys, field research, jobs to be done and other methods as needed. - Facilitate the executed research by creating protocols and research plans using qualitative, quantitative or mixed methods approaches. Contribute to implement the research strategy. - Lead UX research initiatives and usability assessments with the goal of influencing positive user outcomes and experiences. - Collaborate within the design and product team identifying problems, product pain points, improvement and solutions, through the user's point of view. - Promote Design Thinking approaches, promote your intuitions across the business, influence product decisions and strategies, in accordance with the research work. - Collaborate with other designers in communicating design patterns. Create and maintain guidelines and design systems. Requirements: _ Practical experience, English speaking, presentation skills, humble_ Should - 3 years of practical experience as a UX research specialist or similar role. - Experience with a wide range of research methodologies such as: user interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, app analytics, ethnographic studies, surveys, UX heuristics and benchmarking, experience mapping, Co-Design techniques or others. - Able to conduct user research both in Italian and English fluently. - Ability to engage multi-stakeholders relationships with autonomy. - Wide acquisition of design thinking concepts and solid knowledge of User Interface Design. - Portfolio that demonstrates the skills in conducting applied research for a software product. Desirable - A pertinent course of study in UX research. - Ability to manage end-to-end research process, from planning to definition. - Awareness of the logic that drives business, with a focus on metrics and business strategy. - Ability to efficiently present evaluations to different stakeholders. - Innate talent for balancing methodological analytical discipline with liveliness and creativity. - Ability to accept and stimulate constructive feedback on possible solutions. - Good time management skills. - Excellent communication, natural collaborative approach that enables team members to transform research insights into practical design and product decisions. - Able to see beyond personal beliefs, curious, passionate and open-minded.
