GLOBAL TRAINING INTERNSHIP At Diesel Headquarters we are looking for a Global Training Internship that will join the Global Training team, below the Global Retail Excellence department, and have the opportunity to contribute to the deployment of the Retail employee development plan, supporting the team in the following responsibilities: - Contribute to the design of product training modules for retail: brainstorming with the various members of the Training team, collaboration with Mktg, Collection and Design team, design of digital content (PPT, videos, learning app, etc.); - Implement the Onboarding sessions (Welcome to Diesel, Denim Tour, etc.) for all Italian employees (participant invitations, management of stakeholders, etc.); - Contribute to the creation and the successful development of the new Learning App; - Support the organization of online retail events on an ad hoc basis: relationship with Retail Ops team, participant management, dedicated communication plan; - Ensure the deployment of the Corporate development plan (registration and presence) and the smooth running of training actions (logistics, administrative and accounting); - Any other activity in support of Retail and Corporate Training functions. Depending on your skills and desire for development, possibility of adapting or opening up missions and working on cross-functional projects on training and communication. Requirements: - Student or recent graduate in learning, communication or fashion (or equivalents) - Dynamic, open-minded with the desire to learn - Rigorous and have a good sense of organization - Available for business trips - Proactive and with an attitude for the team work - Excellent writing skills - Proficient use of MS Office, especially EXCEL and PPT, standar use of Adobe and iOS pack - English fluent (speaking and writing), additional leanguage is a plus.
