Overview
We are seeking a skilled Production Creative Director to lead the full creative-to-production process for printed and packaging materials.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of dielines
- Manage press checks
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure top quality, timelines, and costs
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in graphic production or print management roles, ideally within premium / luxury, fashion, or high-end design sectors.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end production of printed materials, packaging, and complex paper engineering (cartotecnica).
- Strong knowledge of printing techniques, color management, finishes, and sustainable material sourcing.
- Ability to manage external suppliers, printers, and vendors, including negotiation of budgets and timelines.
- Excellent organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to work independently in fast-paced and often unstructured environments.
- Fluent communication and relationship-building abilities with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Language skills: English fluent; Italian is a plus.
