Page Personnel The chosen candidates will be responsible of the following tasks: - Utilize AP automation tool to drive invoice processing, approvals, efficiencies, automation and compliance - Review of correspondence and exception inbox - Data entry into payable systems - Processing of vendor credit memos - Provide assistance to facilitate the recording of expenditures - Assist with month-end tasks specifically journal entries, accruals and reconciliations when needed - Constant cooperation with AP Accounting team & Master Data team - Communication with internal and external stakeholders - Communicate higher level / more complex issues to AP Supervisor and/or AP Manager - Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion he chosen candidates should have the following requirements: - Studies related to Finance or Accounting - At least 2 year of related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. - SSC experience is a plus - Knowledge of ERP solutions - High level of English is mandatory - Another EU language is a plus.
