Duties Resolve end user requirements related to voice, data, video, network services, and telecommunications media for current and emerging technologies. Handle ordering, tracking, and disposal of contractor services, hardware, and software, following lifecycle management best practices. Provide technical assistance, guidance, and solutions for development, installation, usage, and sustainment of technologies and telecommunication products. Manage accounts, network rights, and system access. Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities to maintain hardware, software, and network integrity. Requirements Must be a US Citizen. Must be suitable for federal employment. Participate in direct deposit pay program. Pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Register for Selective Service if applicable. Obtain and maintain a valid US driver’s license. Obtain and maintain necessary security clearance. Complete required DAWIA certification within specified timeframes. Complete training and obtain a government travel card. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including remote sites. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-11 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent in private/public sector, including: Attention to Detail: Defining technical requirements for systems and networks. Customer Service: Engaging with clients to assess needs and provide solutions. Oral Communication: Effectively communicating technical information. Problem Solving: Identifying issues and evaluating solutions. Additional experience should include applying troubleshooting methods, defining technical requirements, and evaluating IT service approaches, supported by your resume.
