/p h3Posizione /h3 pThe new colleague will carry out the following activities: /p ul liLead and coordinate the IT team across support, operations, and projects; /li liEnsure reliability, performance and security of the company's IT infrastructure; /li liOversee support processes including ticketing, SLA, escalation management; /li liCollaborate with the CTO on IT roadmap, strategy and digital transformation, in optimising processes; /li liManage and optimise key systems such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central; /li liManage IT vendors and external partners.
/li /ul h3Requisiti /h3 pThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: /p ul liMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar IT role; /li liStrong knowledge of: Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power Automate, AWS; /li liPrevious experience managing IT teams; /li liFluency in Italian and English; /li liStrong problem solving, leadership and communication skills.
/li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience in multinational environments; /li liKnowledge of ERP/CRM processes and ITSM tools.
