Position Overview Adecco On‑site is recruiting a Generic Factory Worker for the multinational chemical and pest control company based in Trento. The role involves simple assembly and manual or automatic packaging operations on automatic machines and production lines.
Responsibilities
Manual packaging: prepare tooling, retrieve product from the production conveyor and package into pre‑prepared containers (vials, films, cartons for solid products) or refill liquids into flasks and tubes.
Automatic packaging: monitor packaging activity, intervene in case of jam, prepare the line following current procedures, set up machines for different procedures, monitor production phases on production lines, quality control of finished product, and clean workstations.
Qualifications
Fluent written and spoken Italian.
Certificate, diploma or equivalent qualification.
Teamwork orientation.

Organizational and relational skills.
Offer Contract: temporary supply contract with initial duration to be defined for the seasonal need 2026. Working time: 3 shifts – morning 6‑14, afternoon 14‑22, night 22‑6. Location: Trento. Total availability: CCNL CHIMICA INDUSTRIA, contract level E4.
