Apply today!# **Job Details**As a member of Pharmalex Italian Market Access Team, the Manager will be involved in the development of several projects related to the different areas of the Patient Access Team (PAT): Regional Access & Value; HTA & special projects or Patient engagement; reporting to the Senior Manager and/or Patient Access Lead**Responsibilities*** Prepare, execute and follow-up the tasks related to the PAT projects;* Coordinating analysts/interns activities;* Performing quantitative and qualitative analyses (landscape, GAP analysis, etc.) to aid development of recommendations;* Perform the activities related to the preparation, of a regional dossier;* Preparation of a value proposition or other materials to communicate the value of a drug;* Taking responsibility for creating/reviewing reports, presentations and other client deliverables;* Conducting desk research to a specific topic using internal and external sources;* Support the company in business development;* Monitoring AIFA website, AIFA decrees for drugs and regional decrees.* The employee agrees to take over other reasonable tasks that are correspondent with his abilities if asked by the general management.#LI-AT2.**Education*** Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Economics, or Statistics (MBA/PhD in Market Access, Health Policy, or Health Economics is a plus**Experience:*** At least 3 years of experience in Market Access, with exposure to national and regional access dynamics* Experience with AIFA pricing & reimbursement (P&R;) dossier preparation desirable but not essential**Nice to Have*** Experience in Health Economics* Experience on Medical Device**Skills & Competencies*** Strong project coordination skills, including supervision of junior team members* Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint* Fluent in Italian and English* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills* Strong planning, time management, and organizational abilities* Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
