Job Description :
Evidilya, the dedicated Contract Research Organization of Sprim Health Group, operates as a full-service international organization specializing in developing and managing observational, pre-clinical, and clinical trials. We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team in Milan.
Main Responsibilities :
* Manage lead generation, establish initial contact with prospective clients, and organize introductory meetings to present Evidilya.
* Conduct market analysis, stay updated on market trends, and monitor competitor strategies.
* Participate in all stages of new client acquisition: from initial meetings to data collection, proposal development (presentations, agreements), and finalizing collaborations.
* Support business development and sales strategies.
* Manage and update Evidilya CRM, and develop reports on new client acquisition status.
* Collaborate with Design & Tech and Marketing Departments to develop DEM.
Required Skills :
* Scientific Degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Physical and Natural Sciences)
* At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or business development in an international context.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Proven knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or CRO.
* Ability to work in challenging and demanding environments.
* Strategic and innovative approach.
* Attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.
