Context
As an IT Business Analyst, you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of business and functional requirements, including collection from stakeholders, definition, design, alignment, prioritization based on the product vision, and monitoring development through the appropriate methodology for each project. You oversee software implementation iterations, ensuring practices, rules, and values are understood and behaviors comply with Trace One's methodology. You ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are clear to everyone involved in the project.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead workshop sessions with customers to capture and document requirements effectively.
2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to the statements of work.
3. Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, prototypes, or other detailed deliverables.
4. Collaborate closely with the PM, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions that meet project constraints.
5. Design the solution in conjunction with the Enterprise Solution Architect through the Business Blueprint document.
6. Refine and document detailed user requirements to provide clarity for Development and QA teams.
7. Work with project teams to enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse, refining requirements with Professional Services and end customers where appropriate.
8. Validate products during development phases following the defined methodology.
9. Support QA testing processes, including developing user acceptance criteria.
10. Assist in training for Services, Sales, and Marketing departments.
11. Develop and provide expertise in PLM solutions.
12. Assist with business case development for innovation proposals.
13. Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with RFIs and RFPs as needed.
14. Coordinate with third-party entities such as system integrators and consulting firms.

* Experience in PLM software implementation, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Education & Experience
* Over 5 years of experience in preparing functional requirements, use cases, business process modeling, and creating use-case or sequence diagrams, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
* Knowledge of the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Experience with software design and modeling tools (e.g., UML).
Expected to travel domestically and internationally.
