Posizione
We are looking for a System Quality for our Venegono Superiore office.
Responsabilità
* Monitor training activities provided by the Organizational Unit, verifying their compliance with current regulations and company procedures.
* Collaborate in the elaboration and implementation of corrective actions aimed at preventing the recurrence of non-conformities identified by auditing activities.
* Update and control procedures and documents inherent to the U.O.'s quality system in compliance with applicable regulations and required standards.
* Monitor end-of-course feedback and identify improvement opportunities based on attendees' comments.
* Collaborate with the Training Quality Manager and the Training School Administration in planning activities to maintain the currency of personnel holding qualifications subject to expiry.
* Participate in the preparation of internal and external audits, providing contributions within their competence.
* Provide the Audit Team with the requested support within their competences.
* Support the processes of obtaining, issuing, and maintaining authorizations, certifications, and qualifications for the Instructor, Examiner, Assessor, Ground Crew and Aircrew personnel of the U.O.
