Accountabilities: For high complexity projects/bids or medium/small international projects/bids, the Supply Chain Manager will: Ensure estimation of overall external costs for high complexity bids. Plan and forecast external costs (materials, services, packages, subcontractors) during project execution in collaboration with the cost controlling department. Submit all project supply chain inputs needed for the Integrated Project Plan. Distribute planning and logistics documents (Logistic Plan, MPS, Inventory Report, etc.) to project teams. Coordinate project material delivery, including spare parts and repairs, in line with the project plan. Initiate production based on project requirements (transfer orders, purchase orders, etc.) aligned with the schedule. Issue purchase requests for materials, services, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery. Prepare and align supplier logistics and planning documentation with contractual requirements. Monitor and report supplier performance regarding production, FAT, lead times, shipments, and compliance. Identify and implement mitigation actions for potential supplier performance issues. Create SES and WPC based on project milestones to authorize invoices. For international projects involving multiple legal entities and complex packages: Ensure timely delivery of materials according to schedule and budget. Optimize synergies among projects to improve delivery efficiency. Continuously improve supply chain planning processes, especially cross-functional activities. Finalize and submit external cost estimates for make and buy. Performance Criteria: Complete CET form aligned with bid schedule. Ensure material and service delivery matches the project schedule. Identify mitigation actions for delivery delay risks. Compare actual external costs against budget and forecasts. Regularly update and report on external costs and inventory figures. Required Skills/Knowledge: Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management. Procurement planning and vendor monitoring skills. Knowledge of technical/technological aspects. Focus on continuous improvement. Basics of cost controlling and budgeting. Logistics and warehouse management expertise.
