We are looking for an electronics technician to join our Technical Customer Support team in Legnano, Milano - Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer remote technical support to installers
* Manage the helpdesk
* Provide in-person or remote customer training on specific products or topics
* Handle RMA processes
* Engage with technical support functions in foreign countries
The CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE function interfaces with the technical and production departments to generate product or process improvement feedback. It also analyzes problems and proposes solutions or improvement actions to R&D, production, and documentation areas.
Qualifications:
* Solid understanding of the fundamental principles of electrical systems
* Proficiency in bus systems, with a preference for KNX expertise
* Diploma or technical degree, with basic knowledge of electronics
* Effective interpersonal skills and a positive dialogue approach
* Proactive, dynamic attitude, reliability, confidentiality, and commitment to accuracy and responsibility
