Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pompei for a Spa Manager.
The Spa Manager will oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring impeccable service and high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves managing staff, monitoring the budget, maintaining spa facilities, and promoting spa services. The Spa Manager will also focus on enhancing the guest experience by implementing best practices in customer service and introducing innovative skin care and wellness treatments.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Spa Management and operational oversight
Proven experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Service
Proficiency in Budgeting and cost management
Knowledge of Skin Care techniques and wellness practices
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver superior service
Relevant certifications in spa or wellness management are a plus
Fluency in Italian and English is advantageous
