Reporting directly to the store manager, you will join the Serravalle team as a Senior Client Advisor/Supervisor .
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist clients directly following Canali customer experience standards
Clienteling and Customer Service
* Guarantee high-level customer service
* Manage customer database and data quality impeccably
* Coordinate customer loyalty and contact activities
Operations
* Supervise inventory control and management
* Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment and materials
* Maintain the store’s impeccable appearance reflecting the brand image
* Ensure compliance with procedures
EXPERIENCE
* At least 2 years in a similar role
* Previous experience at Serravalle Outlet
* Customer-centric mindset, teamwork, and digital skills
* Attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
* Knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management
